2 payment methods
(1) £295 to audit your agreement. If when audited the agreement is deemed
to be enforceable (set up correctly) a full refund will be given. If when
audited the agreement is deemed to be unenforceable (set up incorrectly)
then a further fee of £200 will be payable to the solicitors but ONLY
AFTER WE HAVE CLEARED YOUR DEBT!!!!
(2) £395 to audit the agreement. If when audited the agreement is deemed
to be enforceable (set up correctly) a full refund will be given. If when
audited the agreement is deemed to be unenforceable (set up incorrectly)
then no further fees are required for our solicitors to clear the debt.
For your money, Edwards Knight & Co will process your application from
start to completion. Our panel of Solicitors will provide you with a
unique audit report that will outline at which points your agreement does
not comply with the Consumer Credit Act and explain fully how we can get
your debts written off or reduced. Once your agreement is deemed
unenforceable, then the solicitors will undertake your claim on a no
win no fee basis.
